Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Cancellation

• Before Project Commencement: To cancel a project before work begins, provide written notice via email to info@mysearchglobal.com. Any payments made before cancellation will be fully refunded.

• After Project Commencement: For cancellations after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred. Submit refund requests in writing to [your email address].

• Monthly or Recurring Services: TTo cancel ongoing services, provide written notice 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services rendered up to the cancellation date.

• One-Time Services: For one-time services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. Refunds are not available once the service has been performed.

How to Cancel

To cancel any service, submit a cancellation request in writing via email to info@mysearchglobal.com with the following details:

• Reason for Cancellation

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Payments made before work commencement will be refunded if abides the Service Cancellation terms listed above.

• Refunds are generally not provided for ongoing services already delivered.

• For one-time services, refunds are available if requested before the service date and work has not commenced.

Refund Processing

• Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from receipt of the cancellation request.

• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be used as agreed upon.

Exceptions

• Custom Work and Deliverables: No refunds will be provided for custom work or digital deliverables that have been completed and delivered according to the agreed terms.

• Force Majeure: In cases of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, legal issues) that affect service delivery, we reserve the right to modify our refund and cancellation terms as needed.
